Safeguarding your organization

In today’s challenging climate, immigrant-serving organizations must be equipped to protect themselves and their communities. Join the Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger and the Immigrant Response Group for a virtual training on safeguarding your organization, which will cover:

  • What to expect with immigration policy, and how to prepare your community

  • Cyber, staff, and building security

  • Media awareness

  • Maintaining nonprofit 501(c)(3) status

  • Fundraising during challenging times

Here are the dates and times of the training:

  • Monday, February 24, from 1:30 – 3 p.m.

  • Monday, March 3, from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

  • Tuesday, April 1, from 5 – 6:30 p.m.


Space is limited, so
sign up in advance to secure your spot! (Maximum of 2 participants per organization, please). English and Spanish languages available. Zoom links will be shared in advance.

Presenters include Brandon Roché, an immigration attorney with more than a decade of experience on the front lines of immigration law and advocacy; and Kerri Drumm, a nonprofit consultant with 20 years of experience supporting hundreds of nonprofits, with expertise in nonprofit policies and practices.
