The Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger is now Provecho Collective!

Our new name and logo reflect our evolution into a collective action organization dedicated to shifting power to the people. In the spirit of buen provecho (pronounced proh-BEH-choh), we believe everyone deserves a seat at the table and a voice in shaping our food system.

While we may look different now, our vision for Colorado remains the same — and so does our commitment to working alongside communities as a multicultural, bilingual organization.

I want food access for all.

I want to share expertise and resources.

I want to contribute to the movement.

I want to access food.

Meet Provecho Collective

Hear from our team about what guides us and the collective work happening across Colorado to ensure food for all. Paired with scenes from a local market, farm, community garden, greenhouse, and home kitchen, this video uplifts community-driven solutions and celebrates the people-powered movement shaping our state’s food future.
