Join AdventHealth, with support from the Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger, for your area’s “Community Health Improvement” public meeting. Your voice can help guide their efforts to create happier, healthier communities, including access to healthy, culturally affirming foods. During the meeting, they’ll also report out on their 2023 Community Benefit Investments and solicit your feedback on the Hospital Transformation Program.
Simultaneous Spanish interpretation, along with food, will be provided at all events. Transportation support is also available upon request. Community members who aren’t representing an organization as a paid employee will receive a voucher promoting food access.
