Announcing new financial support for community food access projects

The Colorado Community Health Alliance recently awarded a grant to bolster the efforts of two project teams of the Blueprint’s Workgroup #2/3: Healthy Food Access in Communities.

A portion of the awarded funds will help launch a second round of microgrants for small projects, particularly those led by people of color, that aim to increase the number of Coloradans who can access affordable and nutritious food in their communities. The other portion will supplement technical assistance for additional small grocers and retailers seeking to become certified in accepting SNAP and/or WIC benefits.

Thank you to the Colorado Community Health Alliance for their financial investment that directly supports our collective impact work!
