About Provecho Collective
Provecho Collective – inspired by buen provecho and pronounced as proh-BEH-choh in English – started as the Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger, an action plan to address hunger at the individual, community, and systems levels. Today, we have grown into a multigenerational, multicultural food movement powered by and for the people who grow, produce, sell, eat, advocate for, or care about food.
